“We recently rented the party room adjacent to the pool for our family holiday gathering, and the setup was perfect for families with kids, allowing easy access to the pool. There was a small mix-up with our block of rooms, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation and accommodate us. I can’t emphasize enough how exceptional the staff was in handling the issue - it truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a family event.”

“I won’t give a hotel 4 stars because of one staff member but check in was a little odd. There was a sign notifying guests that there was no hot water but it was being worked on. I asked if there is a plan if the water was not back soon. She told us we did not have to stay in the hotel but there would not be a refund. Luckily, the hot water was fixed pretty quick but that response would make me rethink staying there again. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. ”

“Excellent staff. Very helpful and always available, from front desk to housekeeping they are one of the best staffs I have enjoyed in my years of traveling. The room was spotless and endless hot water was great when it’s cold out. The fitness center is perfect for a hotel. Paying an extra $25 for parking seemed excessive since the day rate was $6. ”
